I participated this year in one of Orlando’s largest art events by creating a life-size nude cake sculpture of a woman. It was 46 lbs of cake and 55 lbs of ganache! You could smell the chocolate from across the room. I built the entire cake live over the course of the 3 night event.
I came by way of CakeWrecks to say that this is just amazing. To know that it is made from cake and chocolate just adds to the phenomenal. Part of me expects her to stand up and walk away leaving a trail of chocolate foot prints. Good Job!
